When surgery is necessary Amanda prepares
everything to insure a smooth and stress free hospital admission. This preparation
requires coordinating numerous schedules, obtaining preauthorization from your insurance
carriers and scheduling preoperative testing. Amanda then sends a packet containing
information on the above as well as preoperative instructions and additional information
